Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium usually takes 1–2 business days.

Orders over €150 are shipped for free. For orders under this amount, we charge €6.95 shipping within the Netherlands and €12 within Belgium.

Yes, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. Hygiene and color products can only be returned unopened.
