General Terms and Conditions – Super Hair Brands (B2B)

For whom?

These terms and conditions apply to business customers such as hair salons, wholesalers, and resellers. Registration and verification are required.

Orders

• Orders via webshop, e-mail or telephone.
• Minimum order quantity may apply per product.
• An order is final after written confirmation.

Prices & Payment

• All prices exclude VAT and shipping costs.
• Payment within 8 days after invoice date.
• In case of late payment: statutory interest + collection costs.
• Discounts and volume discounts only valid for registered business customers.

Delivery & Ownership

• Delivery to the specified address.
• Risk passes upon delivery, ownership remains with us until full payment.
• Delivery times are indicative.

Returns & Complaints

• Only after written permission.
• Report defects within 2 days of receipt.
• Custom made products or promotional items are not returnable.

Warranty

·         Products meet normal quality standards.

·         Warranty is void in case of improper use or modification.

Liability

• Limited to direct damages up to the invoice amount.
• No liability for consequential damage, loss of profits or indirect damage.

Force majeur

• Delay or cancellation due to force majeure is permitted without compensation.

Intellectual Property

• All content, images and product information remain the property of Super Hair Brands

Law & Disputes

• Dutch law applies.
• Disputes are preferably resolved by consultation, otherwise the competent court has jurisdiction.
